Examples:

- Affirmative form : The modal Must expresses a duty, an obligation. - Negative form: This form expresses a prohibition.

Use : You should do something

- To give advice or to give an opinion (You should go to bed). - Should have done something: you didnt do it, but it would have been the right thing to do. - Use should : when something is not right or what you expect.

Examples

- I'd better to do something = it is advisable to do it. It's similar to should, but not exactly the same. There is always a danger or a problem if you don't follow the advice - You can also use It's time : to criticise or complain, or announce to somebody, what to do depending on what time it is.

- I have to meet Amy in Ten minutes -> I'd better go now or i"ll be late - It's time to go home or It's time he realised that he isn't the most important personn in the world.
