Many are the articles, opinions, researches written about the topic of equality and bias, but what do these words really mean?
Equality
First of all, what is equality? By definition, equality, generally speaking, is: “the right of different groups of people to receive the same treatment.”*

Equility at work
When talking about equality in the world of work, many things may come to mind: age, race, religion or gender. And, in this case, its definition is: “a situation in which men and women, people of different races, religions, etc. are all treated fairly and have the same opportunities.”*
