Vina-CUES suggest if GSS only needs 2-3 employees, not require large amount yet, then we can process in 2 ways:

Under a law that took effect in 2019, a category of “specified skilled workers” in 14 sectors such as farming, construction and sanitation have been allowed to stay for up to five years, but without their family members. (picture below) So Japan side hasn't officially allowed importing foreign workers working on waste industry yet.

Going to work as an internship to improve skills at the parent company.

Labor export in the form of laborers in 14 permitted occupations

Vina-CUES will make a dossier for employees who can export labor in the name of labor for one of the above 14 industries so that they can legally export labor. However, when this method is found to be contrary to the work in the signed contract, it can cause troubles for company and employees.

Employees will sign a contract with Vina-CUES and will be sent to train at the parent company - CUES Japan. since then GSS can use employees through CUES. This method may be more safe, but they will have to be managed by CUES

Interview and give results report

After finding suitable CVs, Vina-CUES will contact candidates to make preliminary interview appointments and contact customers to schedule interviews with passed candidates.

Vina-CUES will act as a bridge and advise customers and employees to have an effective interview, then send a report on the application results to the customer.

Vina-CUES will contact candidates from universities, colleges, vocational schools... and use some other recruitment methods such as websites and social networks to find suitable candidates for the position.

Employees training

Language

When working abroad, language ability is indispensable. Princio will take care of this part in the future, but currently due to insufficient capacity and human resources, it may be necessary to outsource.

Ability to work

Vina-CUES will train employees according to customer requirements and Vina-CUES's ability. Vina-CUES can train knowledge related to current project, management ability, mind-set... and other relevant skills.

*All the training may take 1-3 years

  • Degrees (original highschool degree and highest degree)
  • Personal documents such as curriculum vitae, household registration book, birth certificate, ID card
  • Passport
  • Application for confirmation of marital status (for unmarried cases)

Prepare documents

  • Certificate of Conduct
  • Application for confirmation of criminal record
  • Commitment of the trainee's family and trainees
  • Health Certification
  • 4 4x6 photos (international standard: taken with a white background wearing a white shirt (men with a tie).

*This is only basic documents list, we will need more document for company (both from Vietnam and Japan side)

  • For candidates who have registered/ joined to work/ study abroad/ cultural exchange/ travel/… in a foreign country, it is necessary to bring all relevant documents.

After-service

  • Vina-CUES always ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service process, and will take appropriate action when customers have problems.
  • Vina-CUES will also assist in bringing employees back to Vietnam after the employees contract expires and find suitable jobs for employees.
  • Vina-CUES will also ensure quality by monitoring workers in Vietnam as well as abroad.
