Who immigrated, how migration influenced the USA and the food

American food is the food of immigrants. You go back a couple of hundred years, and we were all immigrants, unless we're going to talk about Native American cuisine.

1. Immigrants change culture for the better by introducing new ideas, expertise, customs, cuisines, and art. Far from erasing the existing culture, they expand it
2. US food companies are producing items with hotter spices, different grains and textures and fruit flavours
3. The sales of ethnic foods are expected to increase
4. Integrating immigrant culture and foods into american lifestyle has led to many reports that the US palate is more open to exotic flavors and ingredients than ever before
