The concept was theorized in 1990 by two American psychologists, Peter Salovey and John Mayer. This allows us to cultivate our enthusiasm and take on new challenges.

Motivation

It helps us to build trusting relationships, to dialogue and to communicate.

Social skills

It consists in looking for points of improvement. It will lead to a new project to be carried out, and therefore a new plan to be established.
