New Zealand is located in the Southern hemisphere. It is divided into two main islands formed from volcanoes, the North and the South. The capital city is Wellington. The largest urban area is Auckland. People living in New Zealand are New Zealanders or Kiwis. There are three official languages: English, Maori and New Zealand sign language.
