This serious game aims to create awareness and understanding of other cultures and developping empathy for them. A serious game developed in the Erasmus+ project BADGE

INTRODUCTION

In the game there are 3 main characters. Students can play the given situations again and change their choice to see the influence on the experience of the different characters. Use the catalogue of critical incidences which you can find on the BADGE website to create open discussions and role plays before or after having played the serious game.

Relax and accept that culture is about perception. Try to go outside your comfort zone to adapt to the local style.!

Ich Informiere meinen Chef über diese Situation, dann wird die Kollegin durch einen anderen Mitarbeiter ersetzt, aber sie wird den Bonus, den sie jetzt dringend braucht, nicht bekommen.
