Nouns A noun is a word that names a person, animal, place, thing, substance, quality, measure, emotion or idea. The categories of nouns are: countable, uncountable, concrete, abstract, individual, collective, proper, common.

Peolpe, places,animals and objects are concrete nouns. concrete nouns are things that we can physically see, hear, smell, taste, and feel.

A countable noun can be singular or plural. Most nouns in English form the plural by adding -s or -es to the noun.

A common nouns is an indefinite name of any place, person, animal or object.

An abstract noun représents a quality, an idea, a feeling, a characteristics. For example: His bravery is awesome. The danger is everywhere.

The present progressive is a verb tense (verb tenses show the time in which the action is done) we use the progressive tense for an action that is happening now, it is a continuous action. Subject + be + -ing verb

Use the verb to be to talk about personal information ( country, nationality, occupation, location, weather, feeling, likes and dislikes). Has many types of sentences

Affirmative: I like play soccer.Negative: David isn´t a nurse. (we use the contraction only when we talk, this is informal) Interrogative: Are they doctor? No, they aren´t. They are nurses.

Preposition of time.Is used to refer to the time. IN - ON- AT. Preposition of place: preposition of place is used to refer to a place. About, above, below, before, by, in to, inside, without.

Is used to compare.

Present simple.

The present simple is the basic base form, (except for the verb be) .For third person you need add -s.

Is used to general truth, repeat actions, for habbits,so on.

Simple past

Actions or activities that have already occurred. Need the helper did.

For negative or questions sentences use "did".Subject + did + verb + complement. Did + subject + verb + complement. For example: He didn't close the windown. Did he close the windown? Subject + simple past verb + complement. Silvia told me she wanted a full time job. I wrote a letter to my boyfriend.
