What are the benefits of buying food with low miles?
Using these pictures of an Egg and Ham Sandwich and Oatmeal with Apple and Maple Syrup, pick one meal and type where you would find the ingredients in each meal, and how many food miles they represent. Ex: The English Muffin is from my local Metro, but was transported from Oakrun Farms in Ancaster Ontario (487 km from Ottawa, Ontario)
