Ingredients: - 500 grams Dough: Flourc - 2 eggs - 200 ml Water - 20 grs Butter - 6 grs baking poder - 10 grs salt - 500 grs For the stuffing: previously soaked chickpeas from the day before. - Salted meat 250grs (leave it in water the night before to remove excess salt). - 2 red bell peppers, finely chopped - 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped - 2 long onion stalks - 1 pinch Cumin - 100 grs Cilantro - Oil - to taste Salt and pepper

Steps:

Mix the dough ingredients and knead until you get a dough that does not stick to your hands and let it rest for 15 minutes to activate the gluten and to be able to stretch it more easily.

. Then with the other half of the rolled out dough cover the spheres and press each covered sphere in a circle.

Cook the chickpeas together with the salted meat in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes. After this time, remove and drain and grind it in a hand mill or in a food processor. I do it in a grinder to keep the tradition.

Cut with a timbale or round cookie cutter and shape into a hat by pressing the selvedges with a fork.

Put the vegetables in a frying pan and sauté them until they take color and give off aromas, add this to the puree obtained from grinding the chickpeas and the salted meat

Fry in abundant oil and place in a tray to aerate the preparation.

¿Estudié y aprendí los temas sugeridos del e-Book? El e-book ha sido una herramienta muy útil y fácil de manejar, la cual me ha permito aprender variedad de temas que esta misma me dispone o me indica estudiar. • ¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados? Si, participe en el foro como lo mencionaban las indicaciones en los tiempos establecidos. • ¿En cuáles de los siguientes espacios de interacción y aprendizaje participé: Foro de esta tarea, CIPAS, Webconferencias, grupo de WhatsApp, grupo de telegram? Participe en el espacio de interacción y aprendizaje como lo es el foro, informando y comunicando a mis compañero el módulo y las actividades que iba a desarrollar durante estas semanas. • ¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea? Aprendí a como utilizar los adverbios de frecuencia en algunas oraciones cotidianas, también conocí algunos sustantivos contables y no contables que se manejan en el idioma inglés, teniendo en cuenta que es muy importante conocerlos y manejarlos a la hora de manejar este idioma, además comprendí que el pasado progresivo es aquel que sucedió en el pasado y aun tiene un poco de relevancia en el presente mas sin embargo sigue siendo del pasado.

¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué? Tiene gran importancia los temas que estoy aprendiendo porque me ayudan a mejorar la compresión del idioma inglés, evidenciando que en cada situación se requiere de un poco de todos lo temas que he aprendido hasta el día de hoy. • ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? El aprendizaje sobre el idioma ingles aporta muchos conocimientos a mi vida personal y profesional, ya que poco a poco puedo aprender un idioma nuevo a través de diferentes estrategias, de forma profesional me aporta con mas fuerza teniendo en cuenta que me puede abrir puertas en el extranjero para ejercer mi profesión y generar un mayor impacto en la sociedad.
