Reisezentrum: tickets to international cities(Level 1)

  • refugees knowing to which city they want to go because they HAVE a place to stay there
  • escort and support the refugees in getting the tickets
When Reisezentrum is CLOSED (opening hours 6:00-21:00) 1. look up the route on your phone and let the refugees take a picture 2. help the refugees get a ticket at the DB station (destination German city) 3. show the refugees the sign for "Reisezentrum" (let them take a picture) 4. ticket to final international destination needs to the "purchased" in a German station on the next day (during a longer layover)
