Refresh and recreate memos and newsletters

Special projet :Management Dialogue

- To accomplish this project, we had to work as a team with another intern - We were to provide an update on the numbers for the entire plant in 2021 - The difficulties were the reduced time and the full autonomy that we had, it was hard to ask questions to each service

Software : - a great use of excel - use Word and Paint to make posters or tables - use of GENESIS, software to enter inmate requests

Hardware : - a cabinet with all inmate files - a computer station with a desk with many cards - an email and a personal phone

Conclusion

I learned many things like:- work alone, but also as a team - discover the professional world - learn general bases in administration so it was a very good internship that I recommend to others
