Introduction
This webquest has a deadline and it ends on monday, 28th, 2022. It aims an autononus group work both in a flyer and to the oral presentation of it. Besides it also aims a factual knowledge about foreign countries and its cultural diversity.
What would you like to visit in an English- speaking Country?
Task
As you may noticed already, travelling is the best way of getting to know other cultures and people. So:
- Plan a great travel itinerary for an upcoming trip of 7 to 10 days.
- Create a touristic flyer to be distributed to your classmates as merchandising
- Create a Powerpoint/ prezi ou Video to present your planned trip in class in an oral presentation.
Process
Divide into groups of 3/4 students and choose a country/ united country where English is a majoraty native language or an official language (exs: The UK, The USA, Ireland; Malta, Jamaica, India, South Africa, Canada, Australia, New Zealand)
Look for information on the Net about the country and its main touristic attractions: cities, monuments, museums, natural parks and things to do or to see. Include accomodations and means of transport you will need. Think about the time you will need to visit things and to go from one place to another.
Show a map with the itinerary on it, in a touristic flyer. Organise the slides with pictures and information, but be concise. Organise your oral presentation
