Step 3: The Recipe

PreparationFirst, wash the bean grains very well and leave them soaking overnight in cold water, drain the beans and take them to your pressure cooker After that cook with water over medium-low heat until soft. While the beans are cooking you can prepare the stew in a frying pan over low heat, bring a little oil to a boil: the tomatoes, the onions and the cilantro. You add, salt, and stir the stew for 10 to 15 minutes. Then when the beans are almost tender, add the stew to flavor and start full cooking. You can leave them simmering. Now, chop the green banana manually. Add the grated carrot. Finally add a little salt and cook until completely tender. About 35 minutes in your pressure cooker. In the end accompany them with avocado and white rice.

Pienso que el E-Book es una herramienta que nos facilita nuestro Aprendizaje es por eso que en los módulos que realicé las actividades fortalecí mis conocimientos en los temas ya que tiene la opción de ver los errores que cometí al momento de realizar los ejercicios. *¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados? *¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?R// Aprendí de los verbos irregulares el cual son aquellos que para formar su tiempo pasado y participio solo necesitan añadir la terminación “ed”. *¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué? R// Me parece que el inglés es de suma importancia ya que es la segunda lengua mas hablada, y me gustaría aprender mucho de este tema porque me permitirá estar en el contexto al momento de interactuar ya sea con un libro, canciones, películas o cuando alguien habla en ese idioma y quisiera que el curso de ingles al momento de explicar fuera más detallado porque no todos sabemos bien del tema y explican lo preciso y quedamos con muchos vacíos.

*¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?R// Si mi aprendizaje avanza como es lo esperado este me aportaría nuevos conocimientos en culturas y personas el cual me permitirá poderme comunicar con facilidad y confianza con personas que manejan esta lengua y así mi vida personal crecería mucho mas además podría progresar laboralmente ya sea nacional o internacional.

*Califique su trabajo de 1 a 10 puntos. R// Por mi dedicación y compromiso con la actividad ya que me demore día y medio en resolver y entender cada punto, me doy 10 puntos por puntualidad en el foro y por mis ganas de aprender esta lengua.
