Why do we hate:PIGEONS?
General Information:
-Common Name: Rock Dove/ Rock Pigeon -Scientific Name: Columbidae -Habitat: Wild pigeon, costal areas & the feral pigeon is found in human habitation -Endangered: Pigeons are not endangered as there is around 400 million

-Nutrition: Omnivore 60-70% carbohydrates, 2-5% fat & 5% fiber-Movement: They move using their wings, and their legs -Interaction: They communicate through movement and sound -Reproduction: They lay eggs

- They can often detect storms in the distance that meteorologists haven't picked up on yet
- Pigeons can travel at an average speed of 80 km/h while the highest speed recorded is 140 km/h
- Pigeons are often hated because many preople strongly believe that pigeons cause & spread diseases
