Cases

A Case is a streamlined workflow that allows you to send and receive an actionable request including images, files and patient data with high, urgent or normal priority. Cases are sent from an indiviudal to a Foxo Team or another individual. A member of the receiving Team (or individual) can claim the Case, engage in a 1:1 chat if needed and action the Case. All activities are recorded with time-stamped, and robust notification pathways ensure timely updates on progress.

Examples:

• A Clinician sends a Case to an Admin Team to assist with providing missing patient information (e.g. medicare number, missing report etc)

• A MRI Tech sends a Case to a Radiologist for protocolling review or clinical advice.
• Patients or Referrer can send external Cases via QR code or external link to connect with a Foxo Team.
