Why are we improving our learning and development framework?

Counter Context is growing and we have exciting ambitions for the future. The only way we can achieve this is through our people. It's not enough to simply hire great people and hope for the best. We need to support each of you to grow, develop and evolve - as it is only through doing this that CC will grow, develop and evolve.
