The building is earthquake proof and has steel metal pillars underground and oil dampers. This stops most of the earthquake's vibrations to hit the building. It also keeps the building level, to keep it from shaking too much.

The tower has a floor space area of 379,408 square meters, making it one of the largest buildings in the world by this measure.
