INTRODUCTION

The Walt Disney Company is an American company created by Walt Disney under the name Disney Brothers Studios. It is present in the media industry (newspapers, radios, television, internet) with broadcasts, television series, cinema with animated short films featuring the famous Mickey Mouse and many others, animated feature films and live-action films. In the tourism and leisure industry (amusement parks including Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resort, hotels, cruise ships); as well as in the products derived from its numerous productions (games and toys, video games, clothing, etc.). Being employed at Disney can make a childhood dream come true or even turn into a nightmare depending on the position held.
