All warranty claims must be processed through the aftersales technical department
The technical advisor will talk you through essential required testing
Once the faulty part has been diagnosed, technical will provide a warranty claim number
Quote the warranty claim number to the warranty department to arrange delivery of the new part

Unsuccessful warranty claims
Unfortunately not all parts can be replaced free of charge under warranty. Only parts which are still within the warranty period and have failed due to manufacturing error or natural causes will qualify for warranty replacement
The technical support engineers are experts in diagnosing failed components and finding the route cause of the failure. Once the route cause has been established, a decision can be made on the validity of the warranty claim
Damage caused by power supply issues are one of the most common causes of damage to components which does not qualify for free warranty replacement. Loss of neutral and power spikes are quite common
If the technical engineer rejects the warranty claim due to age of the unit or the nature of the failure, you will be directed to the spare parts department to obtain a quote to replace the part
