what is ultra-processed food
ULTRA-PROCESSED FOODS ARE THOSE THAT ARE NOTHING LIKE THEIR ORIGINAL FORM. THEY ARE NORMALLY LOADED WITH ADDED SUGARS, SALT, FATS, AND ADDITIVES. EXAMPLE: COOKIES OR SAUSAGE. THEY ARE FOODS THAT ARE NOT HEALTHY AND SHOULD BE EATEN AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE .
02
EXAMPLES AND HOW RECOGNIZE THEM

Ultra-processed products are pizzas, hamburgers and other fast food dishes, but so are many others that you find in any supermarket: soft drinks and other sugary or sweetened beverages, refined cereals, French fries
