Introduction 1: What is sedentarism
Sedentanism means don't do exercises, staying for a long time sitting down doing anything. Thats sedentanism, do anything for improve your health. In the world, 1 of 4 people have sedentanism, so that don´t reach the required level of phisic activitys
Introduction 2: The importance of do exercises
Do exercises can prevent cardiovascular illness, diabetes, excessive weigh, ect. But not only that, also is good for all parts of the body, including the brain too, and it can make a good aging (there aren't much old people doing exercises now, because they can´t do much moves, so there are some gyms for them)
Results of sedentarism
Sedentarism can make some of this illness: -Obesity -Heart illness -Diabetes type 2 -Colon cancer -Metabolic syndrome -High choresterol
How prevent the sedentarism
This are some tips to preven the sedentarism: -Walk: 30 minutes/day continuated -Don't use transport: try to do all walking -Don't use elevators: try to use stairs -Do exercises at home with a video: some people do it with a class of yoga -If you want whatch the TV, you can do it with a static bike at home
