Why should you exercise daily?

Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases,depending on if you Exercise regularly it can lower a person's risk of developing diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Exercise also can help keep your body at a healthy weight. Exercise can even help you look/Feel younger.

How can exercise help me?

Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance, it delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, it cna provide you with more energy.

I often find that going for a run, or playing sport can be very relaxing, and in some other cases it can drastically improve your mental health.
