We know by sedentary lifestyle the way of life that lacks movement or the necessary physical activity.We call sedentary lifestyle to all those activities that a person performs sitting or lying down
Risks to the body
Obesity or being overweight.
Cholesterol. Increased risk of cardiovascular disease. Health problems derived from high blood pressure. Increased feelings such as depression and anxiety. Certain types of cancer, such as colon, breast, and uterine cancer .
Osteoporosis.
Lumbar and back pain.
Social problems
A sedentary lifestyle can also harm our social life.For this reason, contact with close people is commonly lost and ends up falling into isolation and loneliness.
The risk of suffering from: cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, colon cancer and diabetes. Helps control overweight, obesity and body fat percentage. Strengthens muscles and improves the ability to exert yourself without fatigue (fitness).
