IMPROVES ACADEMIC AND WORK PERFORMANCE
The researches analyzed the effects of cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength, and motor ability.
STRENGTHENS THE HEART
When done regulary, moderate and vigorous physical activity strengthens the heart muscle. By doing so, it improves the heart's ability to pump blood to the lungs and the rest of the body.
STRENGTHENS THE BONES
Physical activity causes muscle contraction that favors the deposit of calcium in the bone and improves blood circulation, wich provides more nutrients to the bone. The best way to prevent bone fractures is to start playing sports in adolescence, when maximum bone density is reached.
IMPROVES CARDIO RESPIRATORY FITNESS
During physical activity the muscles need to manufacture more energy and for this, it needs more oxygen, so by raising the respiratory rate and improving lung capacity we on time that extra oxygen.
REDUCES BODY FAT
The muscles are the ones who perform the exercise, and while you train, you develop muscle mass, and when your consume fewer calories , the fat mass is reduced.
