This emblematic site of American cinema, to the point that the name Hollywood often refers to the American film industry as a whole, brings together film studios, the headquarters of major film groups and the residences of many stars.

Hollywood quickly attracted many filmmakers and producers because of its multiple assets: the mild climate offering the possibility of shooting outdoors, the low price of land and labor, as well as the diversity of the surrounding landscapes. D. W. Griffith's short Film In Old California was the first film ever made in Hollywood in 1910. Nestor Studios was the first film studio to move there in 1911. In the 1920s and 1930s, which were the golden age of Hollywood, this place established itself as the world capital of cinema. The "dream factory" employed nearly 28,000 people, including 170 directors and 350 screenwriters who provided 500 to 700 scripts per year.

The Hollywood neighborhood was founded in the late nineteenth century. This site, which was originally only a modest village, became a filming location in 1910 and gained its international fame in the 1920s and 1930s. Today it brings together some of the strongest symbols of the Hollywood dream.

Pirates of the Caribbean is a film media franchise about piracy produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and Walt Disney Pictures. It is composed of five films, released between 2003 and 2017.

The most famous avenue in Hollywood is Hollywood Boulevard, which brings together some of the most famous places in American cinema: - the Walk of Fame the very famous sidewalk where there are more than 2000 stars named after stars - Grauman's Chinese Theater in front of which the stars immortalize their celebrity by affixing their footprints and an autograph - the Kodak Theatre where the Oscar ceremony takes place every year.

Despite the fact that Hollywood is the number one in the cinematic industries, there are still disadvantaged neighborhoods, which causes very glaring differences in landscape.

The first film takes up the theme of the very popular attraction Pirates of the Caribbean opened in 1967 at Disneyland, California, and using the audio-animatronic system. The franchise follows the adventures of pirate captain Jack Sparrow, played by Johnny Depp.
