Nobody would have said Sally was a natural writer. Even though she lived life to the fullest, she was never good at describing her experiences and feelings in writing. Her words were empty of meaning and her structures, a bit ungrammatical. As a listener, though, she excelled. You could 'see' her listening to you, body and soul. She would focus on your meaning, comment, emphathize and offer advice, with a warmth that was utterly welcoming.

Because we remain understaffed, weekend sales have dropped at our State Street store by more than 25 percent, for the past six months. Overall, I found the article quite interesting. The sarticle gave a substabtial amount of data, and included some helpful graphic illustrations. However, it was obvious that the article was written to express one pont of view. As a critical thinker, I was disappointed that more facts were not included so that the reader could form an objective opinion. Every athor writes to promote its own agenda; hever, this article could have been greatly enhanced by discussing both sides of the issue, and given the readet an opportunity to decide for herself/himself.
