Consist of items made up of more than one type of material. These include books or serials in conjunction with software, CD-ROM products, microfiche, audio tapes, video tapes, DVDs
Means any publication, document or record including, but not limited to, the following: newspapers, magazines, books, photographs, drawing, prerecorded magnetic audio tape.

Therefore, it is important for teachers to perform an adequate needs analysis to improve the teaching and learning process for students and to choose the best material.
