We provide e-learning solutions and services that meet our IMU community learning requirements and needs.
eLearning Helpdesk and Support
The eLearning Helpdesk and Support ensures that all request pertaining to e-learning is solved in a proper and efficient manner. The unit enhances the work efficiency by incorporating multi-channel of communication, such as email,an e-Ticketing System and Chat Messenger.

2.Chatbot Messenger
As of today, approximately 20 automated responses have beenprogrammed to allow the Chatbot torespond to user queries. These are the top 3 most assisted issuesby the Chatbot.

According to our rating report, we mostly received 4 to 5 rating star for our e-learning services. The rating is evaluated by IMU students and staffs. Our team are finding ways to improve the e-learning services in future.

Workshops and Mini Engagement Sessions
The eLearning has been very active in supporting IMU especially inguiding the lecturers to develop and produce their teaching andlearning materials and resources more effectively by using the righttools and methods. 24 sessions have been conducted in 2021, to evensharpen their skills and knowledge.

- Facilitated 15 workshops for faculty.
- Due to the MCO,all sessions wereconducted on MSTeams / Zoom
- Benefitted more than 200 IMU faculty staffs.
- 9 sessions havebeen organisedin 2021.

iLRF 2021
T he International Learning Resources Festival (iLRF) formerlyknown as the Learning Resources Festival (LRF) was held 4 daysfrom 25 October to 28 October 2021. “Driving Digital Transformation: Adapting to the Future Learning Demands” wasthe theme for iLRF2021 and the event was successfully organisedfully online using the Zoom platform.

- Approximately 280 participants attended th eevent and competed in the competitions. Participants - students, faculty, and graduatesas well as primary, secondary students andteachers from schools and higher institutions.

A total of 6 workshops, 3 forums, 2 plenaries, andone keynote discussion were conducted duringthe 4-day event. Featuring distinguished speakersfrom local and international institutions andorganisations.
