I usually eat a sandwich for lunch.
We use usually + simple present to talk about a habit or action that happens regularly or is generally true.
She usually cooks pasta on Sundays.

Used to and would
Used to + base form to talk about a past habit, state or situation.
Would+ base form to talk about a past habit.
used to
I didn't use to cook when I lived with my parents. (past habit)
I used to have long hair at school. (past state)
I used to live in Canada when I was a child. (past situation)
WOULD
I wouldn't eat pollo a la brasa when I lived in Brazil.
I would go to the beach when I was younger.
I would play soccer all the time when I was a child.
I start work at 7am, so I am used to getting up early.
Be/get used to
We use be used to + noun or ing verb to say that something isn't strange or difficult.
He is used to the heat. He lives in a very hot country.
John is used to driving for long hours.
Get used to
I am getting used to cooking for myself now.
We use get used to + noun or ing verb when we are learning to adapt to something strange or difficult.
I will have to get used to the food in England.
I am getting used to living in a big city.
