We were already talking about sparrings in general and right now we will talk about the first and most important thing - self-defence. There are many ways to protect yourself so I will cover a few things which could have been used for shielding.

How to properly shield?
First of all - plan it - Who do you want to be protected from? Humans? Spirits? Negative energy? Emotions of others? How do you want that shield to look like? What skills it should have? Which element would be best to use for it? Or maybe which planetary energy would? What are your weak spots? What exactly should be protected? Your human body? Your chakras? Your astral body? Whole energy field? How many layers it should have? Where does it take energy from? How to empower it easily? How energies going over these layers would interact? What should trigger the shield? Or maybe should it be the whole time activated? Answer all of these and plan it.
