The Primary colors

3 colors

The 3 primary colors are blue, yellow, and red. Primary colors are usually the ones mixed together to get a new color. For example blue and red (which are primary colors) make purple. I think you understand, so I won't explain any more.

The secondary colors

In color theory for artists, the secondary colors—green, orange, and purple—are created by mixing two primary colors. Yellow and red make orange. Red and blue make purple. Blue and yellow make green. The primary colors make the secondary colors, known as red, blue, and yellow.
