What?
So What?
"What?" includes an action verb that clearly describes what you did or achieved.
"So What?" inlcudes a secondary verb that indicates the outcomes achieved as a result of you completing the “what."

Your first verb should describe what you did while showing off your skills. Remember the video about skills video earlier or view this list for some other suggestions!
The description of the task should pair with the first verb to showcase what you did. Remember, this answers, "What did you do?" or "What did you accomplish?"
Your secondary verb should showcase a result - think "increase," "optimize," "improve," etc. Check out a full list of these "power verbs" here!
The description of the impact helps an employer see what you accomplished by doing the task you have just described. Think of this as answering, "What impact did you have?" or "What did you achieve for the team, company, etc. by doing the listed task?"
