1. Be messy
You should keep track of things in your daily life, you could use an agenda for the activities that you are going to do in the future or another solution would be not to let too many things accumulate leaving everything at the end.
For example, I write in a notebook the things I have left to do having a logical order making the easier activities quickly and leaving the more difficult ones at the end having more time to do them.

2. Arrive late
I should always be aware of the appointed time or have scheduled appointments to not forget the exact time of arrival.
For example, every time I have a meeting with someone I always try to arrive 20 minutes before for different reasons of traffic or any problem that arises on the way, another experience to avoid this problem is to set an alarm on the cell phone 30 minutes before so as not to forget the commitment, I always find it beneficial in my life.

3. Anxiety
You should stop for a moment in the activity you are doing and breathe slowly for several seconds or one of the techniques of the experts is to count to 10.
For example, in my daily life I handle it calmly when there are moments when I have this problem, I go out to the patio and look at the sky breathing and exhaling slowly at the same time or I also rest for 10 minutes trying to distract myself in something else.

4. Insomnia
You should drink something warm, such as tea, coffee or milk, to help you fall asleep as soon as you go to bed and try not to eat something heavy for the night.For example, it doesn't happen to me very often only when I have too many worries but I always try when I go to bed to empty my mind and not think about anything that might happen the next day or watching some TV helps me to find sleep.
