WARM UP Physical Education - Marc Sort

@efeso_msort

What is a Warm up?

It's a group of activities and exercises you do before you start any physical activity that requires a lot of effort. It's like getting your body ready for a workout. It helps your body go from being relaxed to being ready for something more intense. The harder you're going to work out, the more important it is to warm up properly.

Warm up intensity

Start with a general warm-up that activates your whole body. If necessary, you can then move on to a specific warm-up. It should be strictly aerobic. It should be gradual, starting at a low intensity and gradually increasing. Low-intensity, non-specific, and leisure activities are ideal.

oral expresion

We will organize a warm-up exercise in groups. It can be an existing game or one you invent. This game will be presented in a video in English. Each student will have to present their video individually. In the following sessions, we will put it into practice. I will give extra credit if you present your work live in class (not showing the video). The group that presents will be in charge of leading the activity.
