how should i train?
Starting to work out in the gym can be awkward and scary but once you understand what you are doing it becomes much easier and fun.* At first I recommend not exercising too much, better working on the technique and movement. * I recommend exercising 3 to 5 times a week for up to four strength and weight training sessions.
A healthy diet is a diet that maintains or improve overall health. A healthy diet may contain fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and may include little to no processed food or chocolate.

so what should i eat?
I suggest eating lots of protein like chicken breast eggs and fish and lots of fruits and vegetables.I also recommend eating between 3-4 meals a day that each meal will have a decent amount of protein.There are also good carbs that you should eat like rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes and rice crackers.
My personal experience in this lifestyle
I have been in this program for over two years and I highly recommend everyone to start coming to the gym and eating healthy.
In those two years I learned a lot about my body and a lot about the food I put into it. I can say that I can not go through two weeks without exercising, it has been a real part of me and a great pleasure in my life.
