Attainable: It is feasible to achieve. I'm going to make a healthy habit of sleeping at least 8 hours and eating well. Also, do something beneficial.
Specific: I'd like to be in good condition and have a good body composition.
Measurable: going to track my improvement every week. Each and every Friday.
Realistic: Discipline and consistency are required. It's something that anyone can do.
Timely: It begins already the process, but I want to achieve my best shape in 2020 before summer.
