- VinFast is an LLC private automotive startup manufacturer headquartered in Vietnam which opened in September 2017, a member of the conglomerate organization Vingroup founded by Phạm Nhật Vượng. It is the first Vietnamese car brand to expand into global markets as well as the first Vietnamese car brand to expand into producing EVs such as electric cars and electric motorcycles and gasoline cars. VinFast owns a factory complex in an industrial park located on Cat Hai island with 3,350,000 and $1.5 billion in the first phase - Vietnam - Style - Safety - Innovation - Pioneering makes up VinFast.
