Belarusian automobile plant and one of the world's largest manufacturers of large and especially large dump trucks, as well as other heavy transport equipment for the mining and construction industries which was founded in 1948

On September 25, 2013

the world's largest dump truck "BelAZ-75710" with a capacity of 450 tons. The total weight of the new heavy truck is 810 tons. The car is equipped with two diesel engines and an electric transmission.

MAZ or Minsk Automobile Plant

Re-equipment

The plant produces freight, passenger, special and trailed equipment. With the aim of the plant's transition to the production of new competitive equipment, a project for the technical re-equipment of the enterprise was created, covering almost all of its production. Such work was carried out in 2000-2001 and 2006-2011. Also, a plant for the production of internal combustion engines is currently under construction in conjunction with the Chinese company Weichai Power. Even if a new promising plant has not yet been built, the effectiveness of the plan to increase competitiveness is already bearing fruit.

• In 2020, the net profit was positive, in contrast to 2019, and the turnover amounted to 1.5 Bi. Belarusian rubles.
• In the last 3 years alone, the company has received 36 diplomas confirming the quality of its products.
