RIVER JUCAR

The Jucar River have its source in the Iberian Peninsula in Cuenca and its mouth in Cullera. Its main tributaries are the Huecar River, the Moscas River, the Valdemembra River, the Abengibre River, the Cabriel River and the Magro river, and Its longitude is about 509 km.

RIVER EBRO

The Ebro river is the second longest river in Spain. It is located to the northeast of the Iberian peninsula in Cantabria ,its mouth is in Deltebre (Tarragona) and its length is 930km

The Segura is an important river in southeastern Spain. The Ruidera lagoons are found in Ciudad Real (Castilla la Mancha). Its longitude is about 3064 m. It descends towards Ruidera and the Peñarroya reservoir.

A LAKE IS A BODY OF FRESH WATER OR SALT WATER. THIS WATER COMES FROM RIVERS, GROUNDWATER OR FROM MELTED GLACIERS. LAKES ARE ENTIRELY SURROUNDED BY LAND AND THEY ARE OF DIFERENT SIZES.

SANABRIA LAKE

The lake of Sanabria is in Zamora (Castilla y León). It is the biggest lake of the Iberian peninsula. It has a longitude of 3000 Km aproximatly, it has a deep of 51 metres under the level of the land and its surface is about 3,8 square kilometres.

COVADONGA LAKES

The Covadonga lakes are two small lakes, Enol and Ercina, of glacial origin located in the Asturian part of the Picos de Europa National Park, in the western massif of this mountain range.
