UNIFY Feedback

  1. Some parts of UNIFY seem to be more complicated than needed. Should be more streamlined to enable quicker and more transparent usage.
  2. Unify needs to be more intuitive and flexible to become more efficient. For example: the possibility of opening two sessions at the same time, having menus grouped in one to avoid wasting time, immediate visibility on all information on a single screen, automation of sending orders to the warehouse.
  3. UNIFY should keep on listening to the territories needs and make sure the system is enhanced when needed. The spirit of the tool should be to make sure we are more and more operative looking always for efficiencies and time saving. Also, from a reporting perspective, it is good to make sure all the needs are idenfied and covered.
  4. more user sorting options of the web-based forms and lists
  5. Be more ergonomic ( ex: flash grosses & holdovers gathers on a same tab)
  6. I don't know any other program where I am being logged out whilst working. Log in/Log out-processes are very unstable (WFH and office) and often cause a lot of workaround to be finally be able to work.

User Experience and User Interface

Enhancements and Breakfixes

  1. Minor bugs that reoccur needs to be fixed
  2. Sometimes, it takes a long time to load different pages and often the error message "Something went wrong" is received. Though things would resume to normal soon after a while or after pages are refreshed, but it would be great if they could happen less. Thanks a lot!!
  3. The UNIFY system is not quite stable, it always clash on my browser.
  4. there is always error when updating the booking details, I always have to update for at least 2-3 times
  5. Unify has many lacks regarding reporting or the transparency of figures, as it was bought as a vanilla version.
  6. The reports are not really easy and reasonable. A performance information would be much appreciated.
  7. More flexibility setting up changes in agreed terms with the exhibitors.

Data

  1. Continue adopting solutions for excel uploading and to interface with data lakes which allow easy data accessing to feed different data analytics tools
  2. it should interface better with other systems or spreadsheets to avoid double compilations. fewer reports but more complete and with the same information (often a report from one data and one from another data)
  3. Integration with mass data management is a great evolution, excel uploads on booking creation and holdovers will upgrade the workflow in a substantial way specially for large territories. Data analytics overview by film, genre, circuit or theaters of weekly stats will be useful for booking insights, other analytics could include terms analysis for income protection of promotional discounts (since the type of ticket is register). Foreseen trends might include web integration with auto-booking process for independents exhibitors and flexible (editable) booking confirmation notification to exhibitor's bookers on tentative bookings.
  4. Thy system should be more straight-forward in regard of fast access for all important exhibitor key-data. As some exhibitors have intensified their promo-activities during Pandemic, I hope that BOT can deliver that in some way. But in general I think all relevant data should comme from one flexibel portal instead of many.

Territory Management

  1. Each territory might have different tax , Mexico is becoming one of the most regulated and with frequent changes, perhaps an introduction of such changes at the beginning of the year could facilitate and provide a wider view and think in potential Unify enhancements through out the year.
  2. I think Unify should keep close communication as now with the territories to make specify updates.
  3. Stay in close contact with those that use the system and start sessions with the users to see what can be improved in the current processes - I would also like more flexibility in the reports, this is just way to standard and causing people to use other systems to get more data
  4. Stay in touch with the people talking to exhibition
  5. I think it's very useful the monthly reviews with the business and they have to improve the reporting tool constantly, adapting to the current analysis.
  6. By attending workshops and conferences about the last changes. Asking feedback is also a very important and great tool
