Consistently utilise academic interventions to drive up pass rates and progression Regularly evaluate curriculum and invest in curriculum development to ensure the highest quality and standards in hybrid teaching and learning content Improve the student experience year on year by ensuring induction and the virtual reception is user-friendly, engaging and comprehensive Ensure attendance monitoring is robust and withdrawals are timely Listen to feedback and act upon suggestions for future improvements in teaching, learning and assessment Work closely with LJMU to ensure transition and matriculation is promoted and protected
