Ensure common purpose is clearly defined and communicated Engender an environment that values transparency and excellent communication Ensure centre roles and leadership structure is clearly defined and communicated Encourage feedback as a strategy for continuous improvement and demonstrate feedback is acted upon to drive improvements Encourage engagement in centre, LJMU and network activity
Promote CPD at the centre, LJMU and the network to encourage engagement Ensure employee goal setting is driven by the individual and in line with common purpose
Regularly evaluate centre processes to reduce non-value added time Ensure compliance is a top priority for all by communicating responsibility clearly Embrace scientific thinking and focus on process Assure quality at the source Think systematically Ensure centre goals are communicated and discussed regularly Continue to create value for students by understanding their needs and expectations and delivering product which meets these needs and expectations
Consistently utilise academic interventions to drive up pass rates and progression Regularly evaluate curriculum and invest in curriculum development to ensure the highest quality and standards in hybrid teaching and learning content
Improve the student experience year on year by ensuring induction and the virtual reception is user-friendly, engaging and comprehensive Ensure attendance monitoring is robust and withdrawals are timely Listen to feedback and act upon suggestions for future improvements in teaching, learning and assessment Work closely with LJMU to ensure transition and matriculation is promoted and protected
