The place we are going to visit is Greece, which is a country located in south-eastern Europe. One of the places we would like to visit is Athens, which is widely known as the ladle of Western civilization and the birthplace of democracy. It is a mix between historical and modern features, and it’s known for its archaeological ruins and monument such as Acropolis, the Parthenon, the Ancient Agora, and the Theatre of Dionysos. Another interesting place to visit would be Creta, which is the largest of the Greek islands, it has beautiful landscapes and the cities spread beyond to quiet villages. It still has archaeological traces od the many civilizations that inhabited it down through the centuries.
How to get there?
The easiest way to get to Greece, considering we live in Mexico would be flying. There are a lot of direct flights to Greece but if you do not find any you can buy a plane ticket with some stops along the way. If you live closer, in a Europe country you can get there by driving or by train, which will be a little more expensive. You can also visit Greece on a cruise, which is also a great option. Greece is surrounded by sea and thousands of beautiful islands and a cruise would give you more time to explore more places in a short period of time, therefore Greece has been named as the best cruise destination in the world.
How long and where would you stay?
It would be convenient if the stay in Greece is from 5 days to a week if you want to enjoy it since it takes time to get to know it, there are several options such as accommodation, the main option would be hotels since they generally have very good service to guests and They are not badly located because they have everything relatively close, in addition to the beautiful views where you can see perfectly and enjoy the landscapes, another option would be to rent a house or a flat, the costs are quite accessible and reasonable with what they offer depending on the city you decide to be in.
