However, Acasas one main competitor in USA which is Splitwise. They are a free app that allows consumers to split expenses with friends. Their estimated annual revenue is $3 million according to Owler.

They can also alliance with New York Department of Environment Protection to supply water for renters.​ Acasa focus on student and pension homes to use their service.
