Use
The simple present is used to talk about things that happen regularly. -To talk about habits, routines or events that are repeated in certain periods of time. -By manifesting states or situations that are routine or actions that have periodicity. - When you want to communicate permanent states or actions.

Affirmative: Subject + verb + complement Example: I play soccer - I wear the uniform in the school Neggative: Subject + auxiliary do / does not + verb + complement Example: she doesn't eat bread i don't like guys

:Interrogative: Auxiliary do / does + subject + verb + complement ? Example: Do i do a goal? - Does she eat cake?

The past simple is used to talk about a specific action that started and ended in the past. It is the most common way of expressing actions that began and ended in a previous time. Is one of the essential tenses and is used very frequently.

Affirmative: Subject + verb + ed + complement Example: I played soccer - I watched the game yesterday Neggative: Subject + didn't + verb + complement Example: she doesn't eat bread i didn't like english class
