Surah Al- Baqrah Ayat 1-5
Translation In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful. Alif Lām Mīm This is a perfect Book; there is no doubt in it; it is a guidance for the righteous Who believe in the unseen and observe Prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them; And who believe in that which has been revealed to thee, and that which was revealed before thee, and they have firm faith in what is yet to come. It is they who follow the guidance of their Lord and it is they who shall prosper
Hadith
Hazrat Anas relates that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: Allah says: When a servant of Mine advances towards Me a foot, I advance towards him a yard, and when he advances towards Me a yard, I advance toward him the length of his arms spread out. When he comes to Me walking, I go to him running. (Bukhari)

A liitle bit about you
I would like everyone to introduce themselevs and tell me one fact about your self and answer the following questions: Are there any topics that you are interested in learning about? What are your expectations from these classes?
How was the scheem of waqfe nau started
On 3rd April 1987, after receiving Divine guidance, the Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih IV(rh) called on Ahmadis to devote the lives of their children for the cause of the Community and bring them up in such a way that they would grow up to willingly sacrifice everything for the sake of God. Accordingly, this generation would be able to shoulder the responsibility of the Jama’at [community] in its second century. Huzoor(rh) called this scheme Tahrik Waqf-e-Nau. Today, Tahrik Waqf-e-Nau is a thriving institution in which thousands of Ahmadis devote the lives of their children for the sake of the Jama’at and everyday this number continues to swell
Respnsabilities of a Waqfe nau
1. Recognition of the fact that they are dedicated to cause of Allah and Jamaat 2. Renewal of pledge in writing at age 15 3. Renewal of pledge in writing at age 21 4. Renewal of pledge in writing again, if after this one is asked to go for some further education 5. Not to be concerned about their other responsibilities eg earning money, serving their parents at a later stage 6. Not to compare themselves with other worldly preoccupied colleagues, but consider themselves that they are going for a higher purpose and Allah will look after their needs 7. To raise the standard of their sacrifice and worship higher than an average Ahmadi
The purpose is to raise children to be devotees of the Community, those who are willing to lay down their lives and spiritually attain lofty heights, just as the companions of the Holy Prophet Muhammad(sa) had done. Having a Waqf-e-Nau child does not deem any merit on its own. His Holiness stresses the point that these children are not special just by being Waqf-e-Nau. Rather, they will be seen as special by Allah only if they uphold their responsibilities and become true, ardent servants of Allah. Just as Hazrat Maryam(as) devoted her unborn child in the way of God, it is the parent’s duty to raise their children with the proper intention and sincerity.
- Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad(at) on October 28th, 2016.
