Chocolate Brownies
The best brownie that you have ever eaten
Ingredients
- 6 eggs;
- 3 cups of sugar;
- 300 grams of butter;
- 3 and ½ cups of flour;
- 5 cups of cocoa powder.
Prepartion method
Firstly, put the eggs in the mixer;
Mix well with the whisk mixer;
Add the sugar and mix well again.

Switch the mixer to the dough hook mixer
Melt the butter in microwave or a pan;
Add in the mixer.

Add the flour and mix well in the mediun speed;
Finaly, add the cocoa powder and mix in the maximum speed.

When you finish your pastrie, put it in a baking pan (covered with flour and butter);After that, put the baking pan in the oven; The brownies must to be baked until the special point (arrond 40 minutes in 180° at 200°C).

You can eat the brownie with ice cream, a cup of cofee or tea, after the lunch or dinner...
