The skills of a business director are important to bring the company to the expected level in case this is reflected in Steve Jobs, who was a strategic leader who knew how to implement soft skills to break into the technology industry with the first personal computer.

Every leader must maintain a clear vision of the objectives to be achieved to motivate workers to do their job.
Steve Jobs was clear about what his goal was going to be, creating the first personal computer and from there he began to motivate his co-workers by being a strategic motivating leader.

Steve Jobs was disciplined, he always responded to the same determined, impassive, and constant routine, thanks to his discipline he manages to encourage his co-workers to try every day and fulfill their obligations.
Thanks to all the skills that Steve Jobs had, he managed to make decisions that had an immense impact and that is why today the Apple brand continues to position itself as one of the best brands in the market despite having been fired from the company. When he was rehired to Apple, Next merged with Apple, creating a stronger company.
