We use the present simple tense to talk about:
Habits and routines
Examples: I don´t watch TV at night. They go to school every day. She plays tennis on Monday. He doesn´t read books at home.
We use the present simple tense to talk about:
true things or state facts
Examples: My name is Esther. You don´t study Chinese at school. The human body contains 206 bones. The sun doesn´t rise in the west.
