My Rules

What are the rules in my classroom and how to abide them.

1. No one talk when someone else is talking

It's extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only don't speak to others when I'm speaking, don't speak when one of your peers is talking either.

2. Don't be rude to anyone, including myself

Rudeness and unkindness isn't tolerated in my class. So, it will be punished. This is the same for bullying. Nothing will be let off.

3. Get on with your work

If I've given you work to do, I will allow you to have some talking to help each other. But I don't want you not to complete the work.

4. Try your hardest

I expect you to try your best and not give up. Resilience is key. Effort can really help get better grades and marks on your test.

4. have fun

I really want you to have a lot of fun in my classroom because that's what's learning is about.

Everyone morning, I will put the timetable on the whiteboard in the room. This will tell you what lessons we are going to do that day. Sometimes this changes during the day so don't follow it word for word.

I will give a verbal merit for people who are doing good work.

A housepoint goes to people who have put in extra effort.

More than housepoint are given out to students going the extra mile.

I keep track of all the housepoints people have earned and they add up to prizes that they can buy with the points.
